Hi, I'm Greg, a sacred mesa carrier, Paqo Pampamesayog, (energy healer, shaman, earth keeper, mystic) invited, trained, and initiated into the Apaza family lineage by Masters Alejandro, Justino, and their family of the Q'ero Nation in the Peruvian Andes. I have personally experienced and integrated all of these healing and cleansing practices in my life, and they, along with Andean meditation practices and philosophies that I pass on, have supported and caused major, transformative shifts in me. I live more authentically joyous, peaceful, and fulfilled than ever. All of my healing, cleansing, and ceremonial work is purely and only of this ancient lineage and tradition.
The Universe is saturated with loving-light-energy that flows through us as our life force. As an energy healer, I work with spirit and powerful energies (spirits) of nature to increase health, wellness and life balance, primarily by-

Energy Cleansing
Cleansing heavy, or dense, energy allows healthy, fluid energy flow in our bodies. ​Negative thought patterns, emotions, and difficult or troubling experiences create heavy energy that effects our biological and emotional lives. Cleansing and releasing heavy energy frees our energetic flow for greater joy, harmony, and peace with yourself, spirit, and natural world.

In Andean Cosmovision, there are no bad energies, just light energy and heavy energy. Although when heavy energy accumulates in our body from stress, anxiety, frustration, conflict, etc., they can cause imbalance, lack of clarity and motivation, as well as perpetuate a "negative" emotional state of being, among other things.

Using ancient techniques and cooperating with spirit and energies of sacred places, I cleanse the body of heavy energies for greater harmony and emotional, psychological, physical, and relational well- being.

Energy Healing
Return to harmonious flow of life giving energy for healing
These ancient healing techniques are done the way I learned and experienced them from the Apaza family from the Qero Nation of the Peruvian Andes, according to their ancestral lineage. Energy healing is deeper work than cleansing, and often includes focused work on particular energy centers, determined by a person's condition. Energy healing is done by opening, cleansing, and closing the seven energy centers (Nawis in Quechua, more commonly known as Chakras.) This healing returns energy centers to their natural flow, frequency, and alignment for greater balance and harmony in body, mind, and spirit.

Stomach problems, head and body aches, feeling unbalanced or "off," hard heartedness, injury recovery, lack of clarity or "vision," disconnection, chronic frustration, and stress are common reasons for people to seeking energy healing.
There are two healing techniques,
Mesa Stone Healing
Using sacred tools, including my mesa, Spirit and energies of sacred places cleanse heavy energy and heal to restore balance.
and
Chumpi Stone Healing
I learned from Master Alejandro Apaza, one of the last Chumpi Stone healing masters. Working with sacred Chumpi Stones, blockages and harmful energies are identified and healed.

Both work by opening Nawis (Chakras), for sacred stones, spirit/energies of nature, and Spirit to heal before closing of Nawis and surrounding you with protective "bands."

Soul Retrieval
Soul loss in western psychological terms is similar to dissociation. It is occurs when a person experiences a traumatic event. These events are often part of life and vary in degree. "Soul," in this use is our life-force, essence, vitality that becomes wounded and even "broken." Symptoms of soul loss include reoccurring nightmares, emptiness, exhaustion, agitation, sadness, and more. Long term loss can interrupt our lives with anger, instability, disconnection, illness, etc.
Soul retrieval works with Spirit, sacred places, and energies to reunite soul parts and mend brokenness, bringing energy, vitality, re-centeredness, and healing that allows us to return to more harmonious, joyous living and relationships.

Ceremonies
Offering ceremonies are commonplace in the Andes, allowing people to embody gratitude to Spirit, the natural world, and all of life, and live in mutual, reciprocal relationship. I liken it to responding to a grandmother's open arms by joining in the embrace.
Our dominant culture teaches us to live relationally disconnected from the living, natural world. This leads us to objectify, take, and experience problems that come with disconnection, including a deep need to experience belonging and acceptance. Too often, people live with their arms to the sides as she gifts us with so much. Offering ceremonies put us in right relationship, contributing to the harmony of the Cosmos and our own.
